Entities using AI without meaningful human review to make a decision that adversely affects a person's rights or economic situation in health, financial services, employment, education, government benefits and services, housing, or transport and mobility in El Salvador
The Resolution narrows the Law's general decision-notice language to adverse decisions made without meaningful human review in seven listed domains. The notice duty applies whether or not the entity is registered, subject to Article 25 exceptions.
